Other Fees
In order for us to manage the logistics and provide adequate resources for all of our Members, we have some provisions and charges that could apply.
No Show Fee: If you do not respond to any attempts to be reached by your driver. We will leave after 30 minutes upon arriving to your location and charge your credit card the full rate.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel 60 minutes prior to your reservation, you will be charged $20. If you cancel within 30 minutes of your reservation we will be charged $35.
Driver Wait Time - This begins upon arriving at your pickup location and attempting to contact you. For every 15 minutes the driver is waiting (this includes valet time)there is a $5 charge for a max time of 30 minutes. If we are 15 minutes late, we will deduct $5 from the members charge. This is members who have reservations only.
Out of Service areas - While ScooterGuy services most of the St. Louis Metro area, due to cost to support certan areas there is a surcharge. These areas include places like Defiance and Augusta wineries, Fast Eddies, marinas and farms. Our typical surcharge is $5 for members, $10 for non-members.
Verizon Surcharge - Due to the time associated with leaving the Verizon Ampitheater there is a $5 surcharge.
