Q: How much is the annual Membership?
A: The annual membership is $70.
Q: What is the advantage of becoming a member?
A: ScooterGuy offers yearly membership for exclusive pricing and offers to members. Also, only members can make reservation between 11:30 and 1:30 am, and only members can receive the 9 or Less $25 rate.
Q: Why do I need to provide my insurance company?
A: STL Scooter Guy LLC verifies that each customer carries insurance on their vehicle that meets or exceeds Missouri and Illinois minimum requirements. See Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Q: Why do I have to supply my mobile phone number?
A: This allows our dispatcher to call you shortly before your driver arrives.
Q: Do I need to provide information for all of my vehicles?
A: Yes, we will need to verify coverage on all vehicles used by customers.
Q: Will my information be kept confidential?
A: Absolutely, Scooter Guy will not share or sell your information for any
reason. Our Driver's are also confidential.
Q: Is the scooter clean when it is placed in my vehicle?
A: The scooter is folded and placed in a clean bag. The bag is absolutely
clean and is leak proof. The scooter is designed so it doesn't leak at all.
Q: Do I have to be a member?
A: No, if available ScooterGuy will pickup anybody for $55. But proof of vehicle insurance, registration and insurance card are required at the time of pickup. A credit card number must also be provided at the time of the call.
Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: No, if available, ScooterGuy will pickup members for $50 and non-members for $55.
Q: What if I cancel?
A: If you call before 9:00 the night of your reservation there is no charge.
A: If you call after 9:00 but before 60 minutes of your schedule pickup, there is a $20 cancellation fee.
A: If you call less than 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup, you will be charged $35
A: If you do not call us and cancel, you will be charged full price.
Q: What if ScooterGuy is late picking me up?
A: ScooterGuy works very hard every night to be on time for our pickups. If we are over 15 minutes late, your will receive a $5 discount.
